About the Project:
Keystone Architectural Services worked very closely with Sitterly Associates to design light industrial buildings that would serve larger tenants, work to enhance the corporate image of tenants, and be a step above what was being designed for other local developers. The exterior masonry base of these two buildings adds substantially to the durability of the structures by providing greater protection from the numerous deteriorating elements in a light industrial environment. The masonry base also adds significant architectural appeal.
The two buildings were originally designed for multiple tenants on speculation. In both cases, during construction, the owner was approached by a company which ultimately leased the entire structure. Thus, the quality designed into the buildings paid off for the owner.
These single-story, metal-framed buildings, with metal panel and masonry exterior walls, and metal roof panel systems, one at 24,000 square feet and one at 20,000 square feet, were leased by Vermont Pure Springs and Diagnostic Imaging respectively. Keystone Architectural then worked closely with each tenant to provide them with space planning and construction documents. Keystone Architectural delivered services that fit the time frame for both the owner's and tenants' time schedules and budgets.
