Keystone Architectural Services frequently teams with general contractors on Design/Build projects. Keystone's knowledge of the New York State building code provides a great benefit to builders who are preparing preliminary design and cost estimates. For this project, Keystone Architectural teamed with Plank Construction Co. to provide a 30,000-square-foot, one-story warehouse addition, which was a pre-engineered metal building. This was followed by a 2,000-square-foot dock addition, which greatly enhanced the owner's ability to provide service to customers.
