Dear Matt & Pete:
I would like to thank you both for making such a great building happen for Planned Parenthood. The building will meet our patient needs for many years to come. Matt, I truly appreciate you having us explore the possibilities of a brand new building rather than renovation of the old building. It certainly was the right choice for us.

I would like to give personal thanks to Jim Heptinstall, Project Manager. Jim took over the job from Tony at the beginning and was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me and would listen carefully to my suggestions and then in a very gentle manner tell me why they would not work. In fairness to him he did give me credit for the good ideas I actually had. He was always willing to help with whatever problems arose and got back to me quickly so we could come up with a solution.

Jim also takes his job very seriously and was very professional; he was dedicated to having a job well done and it shows with his work. I am certain this is not news to you of his many abilities. He is a tremendous asset to your company.

Bill Matuszek and architect was a wonderful find for us. I know you have worked with him quite a bit in the past and he as well is a pleasure. He grasped the concepts of what we wanted very quickly and designed a building to meet all our needs. We have received many compliments on the exterior of the building, it enhances the neighborhood a great deal. Donors as you know were very impressed with the building both inside and out.

Mike Riley working as the Site Supervisor was right on top of every issue on a daily basis. He was very thorough and has great attention to detail, which is needed in a project that size. He too was a great asset and the staff thought he was most helpful. I enjoyed working with him very much.

I saw patients sitting on the benches in the memorial garden today. It gives me a wonderful feeling to have my dream come true, of having a new building our staff, patients and donors can enjoy and be proud. Thank you all for helping make my dream come true.
